...may or may not have something to do with peering through upside-down swimming goggles, but should definitively have something to do with upcycled clothing. One of the treasures found at the Daylesford Maker’s Market is this reconditioned jumper-ette by Mermadeit. Deborah does top and bottom sets too, but given nary a matching sock-pair has made it out of this house alive, I opted against the exercise in co-ordinates futility thing.

Love that jumper!! and the goggles :)
Wow! Gorgeous jumper. i'm off to check out her site now. Thanks for the link! xxx
That once one-armed baby is the source of so much amusement in this house..
That's awesome. I love a good refashion! I hope I learn to be as creative with pre-loved clothing. And boy do I wish my kids looked so hip...
I really love Mermadeit's creations, they are so fun and also warm!!(We love anything warm up here in the sticks). She also had a pinkish one which I fancied, but it was a little too small for me. Might check out her website too! x
That weird breathing sound you can hear is the combination of I-want-one hyperventilation over the cute little jumper and a that-warms-the-cockles-of-my-heart laugh about the goggles. Too, too cute!
that is the absolute cutest thing ever! don't know how you get you model to cooperate so fantastically!!
great ensemble :)
Which of her older siblings has taught her to say , "Don't mess with me , Baby "?
..am loving the goggles!
this is so cute
Great jumper... great goggles... they go so well together!
(although I suspect those goggles would go with anything!!)
So. . . so. . .cool!
Wait, socks are supposed to match?
Very cool. The goggles have it. Mark my words, this child is destined to shape the future of fashion :)
What a cutie - love the facial expression, the gorgeous restyle, and of course the googles!
Cool jumper! Love that first expression...very fierce!

LOL, i am glad mine are not the only kids who like wearing "gobbles!" We have even had to wear them out to the supermarket!
I have to send you a photo of Adele at a similar age with her upside down goggles and a similarly ironic expression. And what a charming jumperette - goes beautifully with the orange in the goggles.
