If that's a rug you're making it's going to be bewdiful! Enjoy the process as a type of meditation time (because if you don't consider it meditation you must be a VERY patient person). BTW where did you get the whatchamacallit thingy that you're knotting the yarn onto. I'm from Brisbane and couldn't find this stuff anywhere!
I really can't decide if you are :
a) making a rug out of french knots ergo completely mad
b) making a flyswat with fly rug ergo a genius
whatever you are doing it is bound to be bloody fabulous.
