Promises, Promises...

The magnolia, then snug in its wintry, fur coat, has delivered on its spring promise.

It was a generous promise.

With more on the way.

Wishing you every sort of weekend wonderful, filled with its own potential (and maybe even brekky in bed).

Magnolias are beautiful and you've captured it so well. We have the bog-standard white with purple magnolia (but even that is amazing!) and it seems to have dumped its flowers for leaves very, very early this year. I think it's already Summer in Maxabellaland. x

Oh, the colour of that magnolia is just glorious. We have a winter and a spring to pass before I see ours, but the buds are already there. The promise of the future.

That magnolia is magnificent. We had one at the old house and I miss it dearly. Love love spring. Time to open up the house and blow away the smell of winter. Im glad I could inspire you to get stuck into the scraps. I find the bloggy community a very inspiring place and your website is definitely up there for inspiration.

All the trees near me seem to be coming into green bud so quickly. We've had a little rain this week and everything looks so fresh.

Oh how I love magnolia's and that is such a rich colour. I happened to buy a tree today and am looking forward to planing it on Wednesday. It has 2 buds, so I will be lucky this year.
